As a native of Paris, the host city for the 2024 Summer Olympics, I am excited about this unique opportunity to offer the "Take the Gold Home" program in a place that holds special significance for me. This program is designed to provide athletes and coaches with the mental edge needed for Olympic success.
Program Focus
Pre-Event Preparation: Even though the Olympics Games will be spread across Paris and other French cities, for practical reasons the main focus of the program during the Games will be in Paris. I am available in the six months leading up to the Olympics to travel and meet with athletes or teams, wherever their training takes place. We’ll concentrate on emotional reprogramming to effectively manage pressure, sharpen focus, and bolster confidence.
On-Site Support During the Olympics: Offering on-site last minute mental coaching to ensure athletes are mentally primed for their events. It's a great chance to reconnect with athletes I've previously worked with and to welcome new ones to the fold.

Given the time-sensitive nature of the Olympics, the focus will be on impactful, concentrated sessions designed for rapid improvement in mental resilience and performance.
